Staff teams in early childhood education and care centres

چکیده

Early childhood education and care (ECEC) staff are central to promoting young children’s development, learning well-being. ECEC work in teams the roles included these vary both across countries within countries, for instance related size location of centres. Initial ongoing professional development different (e.g. teacher compared with assistant) also varies, implications daily experiences their settings. Creating complementary skill sets fostering collaborative among professionals policy approaches that can make most training profiles. In addition, ensuring specific children special needs or those from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds present centres higher shares help increase equity all children.
